"Pleasantly Surprised by the Deals"
I was actually pleasantly surprised, most of the deals matched what I was looking for, which made the whole experience a lot easier than I expected.

"Quick and easy phone search"
Used thehatke.com while looking for a new phone smooth experience. Search results showed up fast, and comparing prices across stores was easy without opening a bunch of extra tabs. Filters were actually useful too, not confusing like on some other sites. Found a good deal in just a few minutes. Would definitely use it again.

The website works fine for the most part, and the pages loaded without any real issues. That said, I did have to spend more time than expected trying to find certain things. The layout isn’t terrible, but it feels a little confusing in some areas. Overall, it’s not bad, but I do think it could be smoother and easier to navigate.

Would use them again, for sure. I had a problem with my order and reached out to support, not really expecting much. But they replied quickly and actually seemed to read what I wrote instead of sending some generic copy-paste response. They got everything sorted the same day, which was a big relief. I was browsing The Hatke and, the seller info was kind of frustrating. Like, the prices are shown and the site itself works fine, but when it comes to who’s actually selling the product or how you’d reach them if something goes wrong, it’s way too vague. That’s the kind of thing that makes me hesitate before buying. I don’t want to place an order and then struggle to figure out who to contact later. They really need to make the seller details much clearer.

I was happy to see the item listed as available, and luckily it really was when I checked out. The only small thing is I still felt a bit unsure at first because stock info online can be hit or miss. But in this case, it was actually correct, so the whole experience ended up being smooth...

The alerts are definitely useful, and I do like having them there. But, sometimes they come in a bit late, which can be frustrating when you’re relying on them. So yeah, it helps, but I wish the timing was more consistent.

I’m not sure why some people act like it’s a given that extensions are always buggy, because this one stayed reliable for me. I didn’t run into random issues or weird problems while using it, so yeah, I’d say it worked the way I needed it to

"Ads really don’t bother me here!!!"
I’ve been using thehatke.com to keep an eye on price drops, the ads are totally fine!!! They don’t jump out at me, block the page, or cover up what I’m trying to look at, which is such a relief!!!

The pages load smoothly for me, and I can compare products without getting annoyed every two seconds!!! That’s rare these days, so yeah, easy 5 stars from my side!!!

"I can get into my account just fine..."
I can get into my account just fine, but sometimes the login code takes longer than expected to show up. It’s not a huge issue, but it does get annoying, especially when I’m trying to access something quickly. I’m also a bit cautious with account security, so when the code is delayed, I start wondering if something’s wrong or if I missed it somehow
